The Competition Commission has warned the Channel tunnel operator's ownership of MyFerryLink may be anti-competitive.

Under the deal, the Channel Tunnel operator will buy three SeaFrance ferries and lease them to a workers' co-operative, restoring 560 jobs.

High Speed One, the operator of the high rail speed link from St Pancras in London to the Channel Tunnel, also confirmed it would be pleased to see rivals use the service - and as importantly, that there was the space for them.
