The UN Development Programme, which manages a trustfund of donations to the court, has refused to pay the Cambodian side, pending the result of the corruption investigation.
In fact, CICIG was permanently supervised and its accounts audited by the United Nations Development Programme, as that was the agency which managed the donor countries' trustfund.
