The IRS has a take-no-prisoners attitude in its regulations and a tough litigation policy, refusing to be moved by thieving spouses, innocence of wrongdoing and even outright spousal abuse.
The attitude Jenkins brings to bear is tough on snobs and hypocrites, but tolerant of most everybody else, especially those, like the best kind of golfers, well aware of their flaws but happy to carry on anyway, laughing.
