In 1998, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory physicists Max Sherman and Lain Walker tested a variety of sealing materials on sheet metal ducting, then heated and cooled the ducts tosimulate the aging process.
After devising experiments tosimulate the aging of a mattress, the CSPC calculated that a grand total of 210 micrograms of antinomy particles of a size capable of being inhaled would be released over the course of 10 years.
