The Russian Federation has been found to be in full compliance with the freedom of emigration requirements under title IV of the Trade Act of 1974 (the "1974 Act") (19 U.S.C. 2431 et seq.) since 1994.
Whoever invents or discovers any new and useful process, machine, manufacture, or composition of matter, or any new and useful improvement thereof, may obtain a patent therefor, subject to the conditions and requirements of this title.
Title IV of the Dodd-Frank Act eliminated this private adviser exemption and extended the registration requirements under the Investment Advisers Act to the advisers of these funds.
