Despite these notable achievements, the international community is still not on track to deliver on the promise ofqualitybasiceducation for all by 2015.
Recommendations for implementing the national assessment were made and many ideas about the right to basiceducation, regional cooperation and partnerships, youth, early childhood development, qualityofeducation, the post 2015 education agenda and other important topics were discussed.
These will each be responsible for developing a quality programme at their institution for education, research, innovation and the commercialization of new products involving converging technologies and thebasic sciences associated with these technologies.
