The UK National Commission for UNESCO (UKNC) supports the effective implementationofthe World Heritage Convention within the UK and works to strengthen international links and expertise in the protection and promotion of World Heritage Sites.
The visit, coordinated with a representation ofthe OHCH, made it possible to learn, on site, the progress ofthe ongoing works, assess the procurement processes and estimate theimplementation timetable.
