Congress renewed the production tax credit this month for another year, allowing developers to claimthe incentive as long as they begin construction in 2013.
Among them was a one-year extension of the tax credit, with slight modifications that would allow wind-farm developers to claimthe credit for projects that begin construction by Jan. 1, 2014.
