Boeing did receive one spot of good news this week: The Federal Aviation Administration gave the company the OK to fly test flights of the Dreamliner in order to gather more data on the battery problems.
But test leaks occur because there is demand for an advantage from students' parents, said Shim Jai-ok, executive director of the Korean-American Educational Commission in Seoul, which administers Fulbright grants and a number of standardized exams, but not the SAT tests.
Hurdles include a slew of classes OK'd by the state real estate regulatory agency, as well as a second, more advanced test. (In some states, lawyers can bypass some of those requirements.) Tack on another couple of years for this step, at which point you'll be ready to head out on your own.
