While Telenav, for example, offers a free version of its navigation app, it doesn't include such audio.
The software is still being tweaked from what TeleNav tells us, so we're going to assume that won't be an issue once it's on the market.

Soon, with seamless integration with apps like OpenTable and TeleNav, users will be able to tell Siri to book a reservation or navigate them to a restaurant without so much as glancing at their iPhones.
Today, Telenav also launched the Scout Drive Button, a widget for anyone to add onto their website to provide visitors the ability to instantly launch voice-guided, turn by turn, GPS navigation to their store, restaurant, salon, dentist office, etc.
Crowd-sourced cartography is getting hot, too: in late May the company Telenav, which supplies maps to carmakers, said it would switch to OpenStreetMap, a collaborative project to create a free editable world map, from its previous suppliers, which had included Nokia and TomTom.
