What does seem clear is that if there is a retrial, prosecutors should be asking potential jurors if they have the defendant's face tattooed anywhere on their body.

It may seem very unlikely that anybody would be willing to pay for Blagojevich memorabilia, but then I also would have thought it very unlikely that somebody would be willing to have Rod Blagojevich's face tattooed on his thigh.
