SYDNEY Australian building approvals were much weaker than expected in February, sending a clear signal that interest rate cuts in late 2011 have failed to spur demand, with housing set to drag on economic growth in the first quarter.
New expansive suites have been carved out on the fourth floor, the top of the low rise building directly below the Sydney Harbour bridge, with a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi.
Members of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra recently threatened to boycott the concert hall because they claimed the building's acoustics were not doing justice to their music.
