The new extensions are being delivered to all PowerVR Series5XT licensees as part of the standard PowerVR graphics DDK (device driver development kit).
Too bad they didn't incorporate a standarddriver set for these things, so when you plug in your device, you must already have a connection established in order to get the proper drivers.
