What looks like a speakergrill can be spotted just above a newly lowered PlayStation button, which seems to indicate some form of Wiimote-esque sound functionality built into the controller.
Once you've come down from the initial shock, HTC's subtle flairs begin to peek out, like the solid colored speakergrill that serves to break the front face's expanse of glass with a shock of vibrancy.
After getting some quality time with a prototype of the new device, we found the copper-colored buttons and speakergrill running along its right side to form an intriguing design, but the overall fit and finish -- not to mention the lack of a backlight for the screen -- demonstrated that it wasn't quite ready for primetime.
