Police said Mr. Santana had been questioned by detectives at the 78th Precinct Station House on Sixth Avenue in Park Slope until about midnight and was then led to a precinct holding cell.
The company has been operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection since 2002, but still boasts more customers than Cablevision and Bright House Networks (the sixth- and seventh-largest players) combined.
Bright House Networks is the sixth largest owner and operator of cable systems in the U.S. and the second largest in Florida with technologically advanced systems located in five states including Florida, Alabama, Indiana, Michigan and California.
