Edwards Waste Paper director Simon Edwards, 47, and former sales manager, Jonathan Coombe, 42, admitted responsibility for containers loaded at their site in Barking, east London.
Household and commercial rubbish is currently being loaded into 40ft containers every week and put on the boat to Larne from where it is transported to a landfill site.
