Reynolds says, based on his analysis, the BCS ranking system does no better than a simple formula combining wins and losses with respect to the quality of opponents beaten.
The Web app does this by analyzing Twitter activity, measuring influence based on peer engagement around topics, and showcasing a ranking of people, topics and content in a simple dashboard.
