Christopher Murray, professor of global health at the University of Washington who has worked on several rankings of national health-care systems, advocates a sliding scale for medals three points for gold, two for silver, one for bronze.
Mining began in July, and the company expects to reach commercial scale in six months, with annual production goals of 3.1 million ounces of silver and 61, 000 ounces of gold.
