Libya already has scheduled loading of 1 million barrels of crude oil to ship to a U.S. company, Abdullah Gheblawi, general manager for international marketing for state-owned National Oil Corp.
As of March 1, no foreign television manufacturer can ship analog TVs into the United States, which will ultimately decrease the cost of digital TVs in general.
