ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) A Shell oil-drilling ship that ran aground near a remote Alaska island has been refloated, officials said early Monday.

Over the last several years, foreign companies like Royal Dutch Shell, BP and ExxonMobil have invested billions of dollars in oil and gas projects in Sakhalin Island, Kovykta in eastern Siberia and elsewhere.
