Most recently I have tried to contact my student loan provider in order to renegotiate the payments and possibly the interest and I have been told by American Education Services that I do not have negotiation rights on my loans.
They have urged the university to immediately halt its plans and to undertake "a full and proper democratic negotiation" with staff and students about the future of campus services.
As a blogger on negotiation and mediation, I, probably like yourself, hear from clients who have been provided with mediation services by people who are not only incompetent but unethical.
