Bumblebees are less studied than their honeybee cousins, but they also pollinate many commonly eaten crops, including strawberries, raspberries and runnerbeans.
But what really fascinated me was the menu's main course: spelt and citron garnished with a "primavera" that included asparagus, runnerbeans, radishes, baby leeks and carrots.
