Thus, teachers will not only be familiarized with a unique collection of open digital educational resources, but they will also be trained to link them with innovative pedagogical practices, such as using real world learning activities, implementing resource based and project-based approaches.

As stated by the Director of the Water Resources National Institute (INDRHI), Mr. Frank Rodriguez, at the closing of the event, the seminar was aimed at raising awareness on the fact that water is a finite resource and is the commitment of the whole society to preserve it, so INDRHI will keep a close link with the journalists to face water problem in the Dominican Republic.
