As stated by the Director of the Water Resources National Institute (INDRHI), Mr. Frank Rodriguez, at the closing of the event, the seminar was aimed at raising awareness on the fact that water is a finite resource and is the commitment of the whole society to preserve it, so INDRHI will keep a close link with the journalists to face water problem in the Dominican Republic.
