The survey also showed that during 2001 and 2002 around 90 per cent of complaints were resolved by the practice at the first stage, known as local resolution.
Broadly, the resolution of the Crisis involves a four-stage process: stabilizing the currency, lowering interest rates, restructuring the financial sector and, finally, kick-starting the economy.
If we fail to achieve the adoption of a second resolution we would need to consider urgently at that stage the strength of our legal case in the light of circumstances at the time.
