To expand ongoing work, the U.S. National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Petrobras is taking steps to sign with Brazil a Cooperative ResearchandDevelopment Agreement (CRADA) on next generation biofuels.
All these steps, to say nothing of the researchanddevelopmentand procurement costs associated with the next generation of military hardware simply cannot be paid for within existing budget limitations.
The firm said that its researchanddevelopment investment would focus on developing smartphone software and next generation flexible and transparent display panels.
