Liz Moyer (a former Forbes Wall Street writer who now hangs her hat at the WSJ) reports that the Securities and Exchange Commission, perhaps tired of playing second fiddle to the Department of Justice in routing out crime in the financial industry, has introduced something new on their Web site: a bit of branding to showcase their work at routing out insider trading (right).
Chiesi, noted for her good looks and defiant attitude in prior courtroom appearances, seemed more subdued on Wednesday according to reports from both the NY Times and the WSJ.
The reports were published in searchable form on several news websites, including WSJ.com, and allowed teachers and parents to consider the real-life implications of policy questions that until now had only been hypothetical.
