Such a stimulus would even give us a cleaner environment, as gas is replacing dirtier coal and is most easily integrated with renewable technologies like wind and solar.
But in the next decade, EDS hopes, it will win work ripping out old, rigid technology and replacing it with something more modern, flexible, easily linked and cheaper to run.
