With MacPherson struts up front and a beam axle in the rear located with a Watts Z-link to quell excess body movement the suspension is competent enough, but no one will want to autocross the Verano.
It also, though, has an electric motor that provides additional power to the rear wheels (through the same gearbox) and a second electric motor connected directly to the frontaxle.
