Anything more than a casual gaming device built into a TV currently is unfeasible, but with faster SoC processing and faster broadband connection, Xbox could be an installation on hardware-compatible devices ratherthan a discrete device.
As for effectiveness, I do think limiting the size of my inbox has been helpful in forcing me to procrastinate a little less, organize my digital life and treat each task as a series of discrete steps ratherthan a vague, daunting undertaking.
