Instead the school has what might be described as a fitness center with an on-site trainer who works with each student not on random mandatory athletic units but instead on a tailored program for how to live a healthy life.
He suggests that random testing of the monitoring system to determine how much data it's collecting could help ensure the program avoids privacy violations.
David Donahue, a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State who oversees the program, said the original draw was voided because it "did not represent a fair, random selection of entrants as required by U.S. law, " according to a State Department website.
