The purpose of the lab study was to determine whether the distraction created by the temptation of outside activities was indeed what caused a decrease in worker productivity on sunny days.
The purpose of the workshop is to help participants develop a common understanding of the objectives of the study, and provide them with a platform for jointly defining the data collection and analysis process, the reporting framework and the modalities for validation and dissemination of the outcomes.
The ENISA report therefore makes no comment on whether or not the right to the protection of personal data should be absolute, this was not the purpose of the study.
