The minister also answered a variety of questions on the future of local authorities, social justice for the elderly, and promotingequality of opportunity in Wales.
The opening session will coincide with the celebration of the World Day of Social Justice, celebrated on 20th February since 2009, recognizing the importance of promoting human dignity, harmony and equality of opportunity.
