In the afternoon, we visit St Helier Hospital in Carshalton, followed by a visit to the Roundshaw housing project in Sutton where Kramer has a brief argument with one of the building site workers about why London needs an elected authority again.
Originally intended as a brief ten-minute, one-off piece, the project has evolved into a multi-layered, multi-episode narrative created by Moore and brought to life by Jenkins.
