Maybe the problem here is that the Tea Party freshman class in the House simply does not yet understand the legislative process and how things actually get done in Washington.
"The tea bag water filter technology sounds good especially from the point of it being one step process, with out having to do any mixing, " said Nega Bazezew Legesse of Oxfam.
The researchers hope to refine the process to make both large, high yield applications as well as smaller applications, such as a something resembling a tea bag, for use on a more individual basis.
