The CEO Cancer Gold Standard is a result of this collaboration, and marks the first-ever accreditationprocess established for employers to take action in five key areas of health: diet and nutrition, physical activity, tobacco cessation, screening for early detection of cancer and access to quality medical treatment and clinical trials.
"In view of the Constitutional Court ruling... a new accreditationprocess is necessary, " the Munich court which will hear the trial said in a statement on Monday.
In recent years, some Member States have developed mechanisms for the recognition, validation and accreditation (RVA) of non-formal and informal learning, and many more are in the processof doing so.
