According to a new Washington Post-Pew research Center poll, just one in four of those surveyed are paying close attention to the current fiscal crisis consuming Washington.
The most striking finding in a newpoll by the Washington Post is that only 39% of respondents are willing to describe the president as honest and trustworthy, while 52% describe Mr Kerry that way.
Many view Christie as a strong leader, and despite his sometimes gruff ways, he polls pretty well, as evidenced by a Quinnipac poll posted by the New York Post.
