In breaking down to its lowest level since mid-December, shares of McDonalds have earned a positive, short-term edge of more than three-quarters of a percent.
Shares of JNK have a positive edge in the short-term of just over three quarters of a percent, significantly higher than its rival, high yield bond ETF, the iBoxx High Yield Corporate Bond Fund (NYSE: HYG).
Another positive sign for construction is that publicly-traded construction companies seem to be on the leading edge of the real estate industry recovery.
"If they can deliver what they are saying, and you don't even have to make a change in the vehicle, that is a positive check in the column, " says Ron Pernick, a partner at clean-technology research and publishing firm Clean Edge.
