Township officials intend to deliver a report on the pilot by the end of March for the school board, which will decide whether to continue it.
In February 2011 Tom Shaw, the chair of the pilot forum, published his report on the findings, which included the recommendation for the establishment of a national confidential forum (NCF).
"We fully support the recommendation in the recent NFER report that a wider pilot, using a British version of the tests, be carried out in order to see how they could be introduced without adding to the costs and workload of schools or to the uncertainties and unfairness of the present system, " they said.
The pilot, Paul Dudley, rejected the report, saying that the investigators' calculations were based on estimates.
The project will serve as a pilot for a national scheme, based on a report by Conservative peer Lord Heseltine.

"Each pilot accessed and used his personal laptop computer while they discussed the airline crew flight scheduling procedure, " the report said.
