Sprint has started to offer Samsung's Instinct, which seeks to trump the iPhone with a higher download speed, better video, picture messaging, navigation and applications, plus a battery that can be removed.

The new version is said to allow profile picture changes within the app, make messaging easier and grant users the ability to flag spam and hide feed posts you don't want to see.

On the Juke, for instance, a click on the phone's scroll wheel brings up a text messaging screen, a calendar or a picture function, just as if a finger were pressing the keys of the real phone.
