The interactive cooking classes coupled with perfectly paired wines are held in the made for TV Tuscany Kitchen, a state-of-the-art demonstration facility with top-of-the-line Viking equipment and three cameras above the stations and stove to project overheadshots of the chef on 60-inch plasma screens (shown).
The 2.8-inch, 461k-dot capacitive touchscreen is fixed at a slight angle, making it possible to take overhead and lower-angle shots simply by rotating the entire camera.
The VGA-resolution 3.2-inch display was incredibly sharp and bright, and the vari-angle functionality lets you snap overhead and below-eye-level shots with ease.
