The report found that the original work of the Environment Agency's second survey of historic buildings, up to 2007, represented a "Rolls Royce" approach, which "contributed to the survey falling significantly behind schedule".
And there must be at least 100 responses for each of the four (the survey is based on responses from more than 43, 700 original owners of 2008 model-year vehicles after three years of ownership).
But by accounting for further development, continual technology advances such as horizontal drilling and supportive prices, the U.S. Geological Survey calculates that 86% of total U.S. proven reserves are additions to original numbers.
