Rather than trying to take an interactive story and jam it into a film formula, he and his team at Walt Disney Animation Studios crafted an original story about video game characters set within the world of an arcade.
The subscription video provider said Tuesday that it will team up with DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. to create its first original cartoon series for kids.
Free to the public, the exhibition will feature original sketches drawn by Burton, props, sets and puppets to illustrate the work that went into bringing the animation to the big screen.
