These structures, which I had an opportunity to visit, are being built in Port-au-Prince by UNOPS and partners involving every nuance, skill set and insight attendant upon the human condition.
The conference will be an opportunity for interested scientists to share their ideas and establish long-term collaborations for study and research on Historic Hydraulic Structures.
