India's top federal investigation agency will probe a series of attacks on rare one-horned rhinos by suspected poachers in the flood-hit state of Assam, a senior minister has said.
The probe was built with four reaction wheels and needs three of them -- one for each axis -- to aim its telescope precisely at a distant star, deputy project manager Charlie Sobeck said.
"There is a need now for scientists to probe into them and find out how they will be affecting us - but one of the problems is that these models are sometimes converted into scary stories which is something we shouldn't fall for, " Dr Kelkar says.
Police have so far made 22 arrests - 16 referees, five club officials and one match commissioner - since mid-June after the South Africa Football Association (Safa) requested a probe into repeated media allegations of corruption.
The FSA is one of the three agencies (the others are American) with which Barclays had co-operated during the probe into LIBOR fixing, which is ongoing and is likely to finger other banks.
