When the Museum of Modern Art in NewYork(MoMA) acquired Les Demoiselles d'Avignon in 1937 it was still a largely unknown work, although Picasso had eventually sold it to a collector in 1924.
Pendleton had his first solo show in the U.K. and was featured in museum exhibitions including a show at MoMA in NewYork City and at the prestigious La Triennale, held once every three years at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
As evidence of its place in design history, the PRADA phone by LG 1.0 is part of the permanent collection in NewYork City's Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Shanghai.
