She said the NCT receives many calls from women worried about giving birth.
The NCT called for urgent action to reduce Caesareans to World Health Organization recommended levels of 10-15% of births.
She added she was grateful for NCT's apology and said the company had given Hannah an extra month's free travel.

Anthony Carver-Smith, from NCT, said they had ordered an extra three buses and some drivers were being paid overtime to cover the routes.
The NCT is holding its annual conference in London on Friday.

It heard evidence from representatives of organisations including the National Childbirth Trust (NCT), the Breastfeeding Network, the Association of Police Officers in Scotland and the Scottish Licensed Trade Association.

She said the NCT wanted the government to take note of the views and experiences of women and mothers, such as those in the Mother and Baby survey and include them in its National Service Framework for Children.
Women were most likely to say they had the kind of facilities and support for the type of birth they wanted if they did not give birth in hospital, leading the NCT to renew its call for all women to have the choice of a home birth and access to a midwife-led unit.
