To be told by T-Mobile that even if there is some weird glitch in the satellite phone system instituted by the cruise line, that my problem is with THE OTHER CELL-PHONE COMPANY and not T-Mobile, isthe height of arrogance and shoddy treatment of their customers.
This is a matter near to my heart, because I am confronted with four or five Spam calls every evening on my home phone, which is registered on the Do Not Call list.
