On these pages, I have often lamented the growth of the American corporate state, the increasingly cozy, mutuallysupportive relationship between politicians and a select group of large corporations and unions.
We must respond to what we have in common and identify where our needs and goals we intersect so that we may move forward in a collaborative and mutuallysupportive way, instead of competing in a fight for attention and resources as individual groups and diseases.
