Mr Todd had been employed at a state-owned research body at the time of his death.

In his statement, Mr. Tai said police examination of Mr. Todd's laptop found he had visited suicide-related websites on 19 occasions from March to June 2012, most of which were on June 23, the day before Mr. Todd was found dead, Mr. Tai said.
